Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Title and Authors

  • Title: Maximum 20 words, no abbreviations.
  • Authors: Include full names with affiliations and addresses.
  • Email: Mandatory for all authors, with the corresponding author marked with an asterisk (*).

Article Structure

  1. Abstract:

    • 150-250 words, using Times New Roman font size 10pt (Bold).
    • Must include background, problems, solutions, and results.
  2. Keywords:

    • Include 5 keywords, separated by semicolons (;).
  3. Main Sections:

    • Introduction: Provide background, objectives, and significance of the study.
    • Methods: Detailed information on location, time, sample, variables, procedures, and data analysis.
    • Results: Present comprehensive research findings.
    • Discussion: Relate results to theory and literature.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman; font size varies by section (title 24pt, author names 11pt, affiliation 10pt, email 9pt).
  • Margins and Spacing: Should not be altered from the specified format.
  • Figures and Tables:
    • Must be centered with captions below.
    • Figure and table captions should use 10pt font.

Use of Terms

  • Abbreviations: Define the first time they are used.
  • Units: Use SI (MKS) units and avoid mixing units.
  • Equations: Type using the appropriate font, with numbers aligned to the right.

References

  • Cite references consecutively in square brackets [1].
  • List all authors’ names if there are fewer than six.

Additional Notes

  • Carefully proofread for spelling and grammar.
  • Avoid non-standard expressions and ensure consistency in writing.
